GMMTV was founded on 3rd August 1995 that was formerly known as Grammy Television, it is placed on "GMM Grammy Place, 50 Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Toei Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok, Thailand". Currently, Sataporn Panichraksapong is the company's managing director.
