Taiwanese actress Vera Yan was born on 16 May 1989 in Taipei City, Taipei, Taiwan. He became a finalist in the 53rd Golden Bell Award for Leading Actress in a Drama in 2018. She received further acclaim in the film The Bridge Curse as Meng Bai Ru in 2020.
Vera Yan has been actively working in leading and supporting roles since she started her acting career. She can speak multiple languages very fluently such as Mandarin, Taiwanese, English, and Japanese. She also speaks Japanese because her maternal great-grandmother was Japanese.
