British very popular actress Lucy Benjamin was born on 25 June 1970 in Reading, Berkshire, England as Lucy Jane Baker, or sometime known by her other name "Lucy Taggart", and she grew up here while attending school in Sandhurst.
She began attending Redroofs Theatre School in Maidenhead taking dance lessons at the age of nine. She took the stage surname of Benjamin from her brother.
