Synopsis of "No One Lies" 2023 Drama

It follows Lo Man Nai, the accomplished founder of a successful direct marketing company, who recognizes the boundless human cravings for power and wealth. Leveraging his adept lying skills, he assembles a dedicated team committed to promoting his health products. However, during an annual general meeting, Lo is afflicted with an unusual ailment that strips him of his ability to deceive. Constrained to speak only the truth, he discloses that the company's products and sales strategies are built on falsehoods. He also confesses to his long-term extramarital affair with his wife. Subsequently, convicted of commercial fraud and abandoned by his family, Lo contemplates suicide. A twist of fate intervenes as he is rescued by a fellow inmate, coincidentally a gangster boss.
