Upon witnessing Arthit being hit on the road, courier Meena swiftly transports him to a hospital. In the course of events, she unintentionally allows the hospital staff to misconstrue her connection with the patient. As Arthit's family arrives and discovers Meena tending to him, his awakening with a hazy memory of their relationship is promptly attributed to amnesia.
